Welcome to Ranahan Ranch! My name is Brigham Nelson, and I bring extensive experience and a deep commitment to my clients. I started working for Nathan Kent Performance Horses in Meridian, Idaho. There, I learned the proper skills to start, train, and take care of horses, which ignited my passion for horse training and provided me with the expertise I use today. I spent over a year working with Nathan and training my own horse, which further refined my skills and deepened my understanding of equine care.

Following this, I spent two years in Chicago as a missionary, an experience that enriched my personal growth and broadened my perspective. Upon returning, I continued my professional journey with Misrasi Performance Horses in Tremonton, Utah. During this time, I also began taking on my own clients, allowing me to apply training methods and insights in a more personalized setting.

My training approach focuses on allowing the horse to grow in confidence to move off of pressure and perform necessary maneuvers. I believe that effective training is both an art and a science, and I tailor methods to suit each individual animal and rider to achieve the best possible outcomes.

I offer comprehensive training services at a rate of $900 per month. This investment covers training, feed, stall cleaning, etc and ensuring that both you and your horse receive the highest level of care and attention.

What does it mean to be a good all around cowboy? It is to the characteristics of honesty, integrity, grit, diligence, and much more.
